Because projectile counts are whole numbers, there will be certain amounts of projectiles where adding one more will round down. For example, if you have one Ricochet, 3 projectiles still fires 3, but taking one Twin Strike will not increase the amount fired because 4 rounds down to 3 after the reduction. It would take twoTwin Strikes (or Volley) to go from 3 projectiles to 4.
Projectiles will usually only rebound backwards or to the sides - Ricochet can't target a new enemy that's blocked by the one that was hit first.
Projectiles can't hit the same target multiple times in a row, unless they screen wrap via Warp Strike.
Projectiles must perform all of their ricochets before they will Splinter, except for Grenade, which will still splinter if it expires in empty space.
Darts rebound when the enemy they're stuck in dies, not on the initial hit.
Ricochet affects Vortex projectile count only. It does not affect each Vortex in any way.
