Mods Singular Strike

Requirements[]

Stats[]

  • Your weapon behaves as though your weapon projectile count is 1. Your weapon projectile count beyond 1 is fused into your single projectile, strengthening it
  • +15% total weapon damage, total projectile size, and total weapon blast radius
  • Each weapon projectile fused adds an additional +50% of its damage to your projectile
  • Each weapon projectile fused further increases the size and blast radius of your projectile, with diminishing returns
  • -15% weapon rate of fire

Notes[]

  • Singular Strike works on a per-cannon basis for bodies such as Battery and Courser, firing 1 projectile per cannon and dividing the fused projectile count between cannons.
  • Twinned projectile weapons like Blaster and Torrent still fire a pair of projectiles, since this is how they behave with a weapon projectile count of 1.
  • The added projectiles from Homing Strike are not fused into the single projectile, meaning they instead scale immensely from its increased stats.

  • Prior to the SYZYGY update, Singular Strike worked very differently, detailed below:

Stats:

  • Singular Strike strengthens or weakens your weapon, based on the number of existing instances of your primary weapon
  • +25% total weapon damage, size, and blast radius
  • -10% total weapon damage, size, and blast radius for each weapon or projectile instance, up to -50%
Singular Strike - Simultaneous Projectiles fired all at once are still counted incrementally.
For example, if firing Split Shot, one of the shots will get the full bonus, another will have a single penalty, the third will have two penalties, and so on.
Singular Strike - Loaded Mine This also applies for all of the projectiles released from Loaded Mines.
Singular Strike - Splinter Splinter projectiles themselves inherit the bonus from the projectile they came from, not getting any penalties from the number of splinters; however, splinters that are still on screen will be counted when determining the penalty of new, normal shots.
For example, if one Grenade is fired with the full bonus, and it splinters into 6, all 6 splinters will be the same and will also have the full bonus, but if you fire another Grenade while those 6 are on screen, the new shot will have 6 penalties.
  • Singular Strike counts and affects the shockwaves of Pulse; it ignores and does not affect the secondary projectiles.
  • Singular Strike counts and affects the spark projectiles of Thermal Lance; it ignores and does not affect the lance itself.
