Notes

• Even when fully cloaked, enemies will still blindfire in an attempt to damage you.
• Cloaking does not start until your weapon cooldown is finished. While using slower weapons like Railgun or Grenade can be powerful, it will also leave you vulnerable as you wait to cloak again. Be wary when using these weapons with Burst Fire and/or lots of Double Tap, as those mods greatly increase the time you have to wait.
• Stabilization does not count as an active mobility power, therefore it does not break cloak. Combined with Celestial Surge, a Spectre can constantly fire mini-Surges while remaining undetected.
